Seven retired members of Golden Jewish Club were playing poker in a lesser rich and recently widowed Meyer's waterfront condominium. Suddenly the richest member Goldberg lost $5000.00 on a single hand betting. Highly stressed, he holds his chest and drops dead on table.
Six members, sorted out matter on table, winner assured his share and pocketed money. They continued and completed full round of game and wrapped things up.
Now they were facing dilemma to break the news to Goldberg's wife. Host Meyer took the responsibility.
Meyer went to Goldberg's big bungalow, approached his wife and said, "Goldberg lost $5000.00 in poker."
Angry wife yelled, "Go tell him to drop dead."
Meyer said, "Yes ma'am he knew your answer, so he already dropped dead."
Amazed wife yelled, "What?"
Meyer said, "Well, happened so happened. Could you now marry me?"
